Knut Helge Nordbotn founded Perfect Marbella in 1999 and has worked in real estate on the Costa del Sol ever since. With more than 25 years of experience, he has developed extensive knowledge of the Spanish property market and built a strong network of estate agents, property developers and other local partners.

As a Norwegian real estate professional in Spain, Knut understands both the Norwegian and Spanish markets and is familiar with the questions and challenges Norwegian buyers often face when purchasing property in Spain.

Knut remains actively involved in the day-to-day running of Perfect Marbella and personally assists both buyers and sellers. For him, building strong and long-term client relationships is more important than any individual sale – a philosophy that has been at the heart of Perfect Marbella since the beginning.

Ronny Kennedy

Property Consultant – Sales & New Developments

Ronny Kennedy has worked in the real estate industry since 2000 and has extensive experience in property sales, development and management.

At Perfect Marbella, Ronny works with property sales, with a particular focus on new developments. Drawing on his many years of experience in the real estate market, he contributes to the evaluation of new projects and helps identify suitable properties and investment opportunities for our clients.

Ronny closely follows developments in the new-build market and works with property developers and other industry professionals to keep Perfect Marbella up to date with new projects and opportunities across the Costa del Sol.

Hans Bakker

Property Consultant

Hans Bakker has worked with holiday homes and real estate in Spain since 1994 and has more than 30 years of experience in the Spanish property market.

Over the years, he has worked both on the Spanish mainland and in the Canary Islands, building extensive knowledge of buying, owning and selling property in Spain.

Hans has a strong knowledge of the Costa del Sol property market and is particularly familiar with the Marbella area and residential developments along the coast.

Manuel Jimenez is responsible for construction projects, renovations and property services in collaboration with Perfect Marbella. He assists our clients with practical matters related to the maintenance and improvement of properties on the Costa del Sol.

With a background as a former professional golfer, Manuel has also developed specialist expertise in the design and installation of artificial putting greens for private properties.
