The main floor is planned with one en-suite bedroom that has fitted wardrobes. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with open living room area with access to the terrace. It has air conditioning in each room, Wifi and a flat screen TV in living room for streaming. On the spacious and impressive terraces, you find not only outstanding views but as well a private pool. There is a lounge group and dining table for six people facing the sea.

Downstairs floor is divided with two bedrooms that has its own en-suite bathrooms with the access to its terraces and a lounge area with open fire place. On the downstair terrace you will find a small dining table, a big lounge group, and two sun beds. One bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, the second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. You can access to the garage and the laundry room from downstairs.

The community has one swimming pool where you can enjoy and relax by the sunbeds. It is a small community parking inside the complex with small visitor area. The house has a one private parking space in the garage.

Aldea Dorada has a great location as it’s just a few minutes’ drive to the heart of Nueva Andalucia where you have various options off restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and training facilities. Los Naranjos golf club is only 5 min drive away and Puerto Banus 10 min drive. If you like to visit nearby citites such as Marbella city or San Pedro it takes 15 minutes drive away to each destination.
