Welcome to our Casa Banderas apartment located in the beautiful, secure complex of Casa Banderas, La Cala de Mijas., between Fuengirola and Marbella.
The gated complex has 3 communal outdoor pools (1 with disabled chairlift into the pool) , a paddle court, children's play area, sauna, indoor Gym (hours from 8.00-21.00) and outdoor sport machines. Book paddle court or gym with the concierge.
The complex is either a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute drive to the beach and the town's facilities.
The apartment: This beautifully decorated and furnished garden level apartment is arranged over one floor. Entering the property into the apartment, you find an open and bright floor plan with the living room and the fully equipped kitchen straight ahead, here you have a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and everything you could possibly need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner like at home! The living room leads out onto the spacious terrace area featuring a covered area and grassed garden area with views of the pool area and La Cala, the Mijas mountains. The living room is furnished with a sofa, dining table and chairs and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment offers free WIFI.
The master bedroom with a double bed and enjoys the bathroom with. The guest bedroom is furnished with a spacious bunk bed and shower room which incorporates a dressing area. Both bedrooms have electric shutters. There is hot and cold A/C in each room with air zones. You can park your car at private parking place on your arrival and take the lift to the apartment floor.
There is a cleaning fee of 150€ that includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.Pool towels are available for rent, please contact us about the price.

Location: Casa Banderas is a newly built complex located just above LIDL for those of you who know La Cala and it is about 1.5km to walk to the beach and into the heart of La Cala de Mijas.
La Cala de Mijas is the heart of Mijas Costa and still maintains its Andalucian seaside village atmosphere. From being a tiny fishing village originally, its population has increased. There are schools, a health centre, public library, post office, shops and cultural centre, as well as many excellent bars and restaurants and wide sandy beach which is also blue-flagged and quality marked for the clear water, fine sand and other nearby services.
The area around the complex Casa Banderas is quiet but at the same time near to life, restaurants, beach and activities. Casa Banderas is a new, modern complex with 24hrs security. Close to the complex, you have the grocery store LIDL, the Marketplace and a large number of restaurants from all corner of the world. There is a very popular street market ('el barratillo') every Wednesday and Saturday from around 09:00 - 14:30. The market stalls offer everything from fresh fruit and vegetables to local crafts, clothes, ceramics and pottery, flowers and plants, and lots more.
Saturday nights in the hot summer months of July and August are magical in La Cala. The promenade becomes a venue for classical music and flamenco dancing. With the outline of the old 16th-century watchtower of Torre Vieja as a backdrop, and moon reflecting down on the expanse of sea, the village celebrates a season of Noches de Luna y Playa (Nights of Moon and Beach).
A coastal boardwalk running 6km west to Cabopino port. You can easily get around by foot and by local busses, a car is not needed, but many choose to have it as it is an excellent way to discover Costa del Sol and Andalucia.
