The spacious lounge consists of a living area with comfortable seating for three guests and a large Smart TV that includes national and international channels (including Sky) and a dining area for four guests. The property boasts two separate covered terraces (sun rooms) with relaxing seating for up to six guests and a dining bar with two high stools. The closed-in terraces have amazing south-east views to the marina, sea, mountain and communal swimming pool. It also includes a high speed fibre optic internet connection throughout the property. The popular complex of Puerto Paraiso offers two communal swimming pools that are available all year round and parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. Two supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, plus two beaches are all within a few minutes’ walk of the apartment. You can also park nearby for free and the property would suit families, golfers and retirees in particular. This makes it an ideal location for those who do not wish to hire a car and have everything on their door step.
Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages such as Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.
