This flat is perfect for those who want to enjoy the leisure activities that the Costa del Sol has to offer, such as its numerous golf courses. Golf courses such as Los Naranjos Golf Club, Real Club de Golf Las Brisas, Club de Golf Aloha or Real Club de Golf Guadalmina are very close to the property.

In the surrounding area you will find some of the most popular restaurants in Marbella and Puerto Banús, such as Mosh Fun Kitchen, Vôvem, Bao Garden, La Sala or Breathe.

If you like walking, watching the sunset and sunbathing, the beaches of Cortijo Blanco, Nueva Andalucía beach, Puerto Banús beach, San Pedro de Alcántara beach and Guadalmina beach are very close to our property.

This cosy and modern flat with partial sea and mountain views is distributed on one floor and consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a garage space.

The living room is decorated in a classic and minimalist style, with a three-seater sofa, a futon, and a smart TV with the possibility of putting on your payment platforms such as Prime, Netflix or Movistar among others. In the dining area there is a wooden table with space for 4 people, perfect for breakfasts with family, friends or couples.

The kitchen with a perfect touch of elegance and sobriety is equipped with the best appliances and all luxury of detail, in it you can find induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. It has also been provided with all the necessary kitchenware for day to day life, such as crockery, cutlery and glassware. Attached to the kitchen is the laundry room with washing machine and drying area.

The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is a cool space that exudes peace and tranquillity. It has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has been fitted with a trundle bed so there is space for two people, plus there is a desk perfect for today's digital nomads.

Directly off the living room is the large terrace with sea and mountain views, where you can enjoy days of sunbathing on the sun lounger, and if you want to have an evening in the coastal breeze there is a table for 4 people.

Throughout the house there is free wifi in all rooms, air conditioning, heating, bed linen and bath towels. Beach towels can be provided for a small fee. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.

The development has a gym and a communal rooftop swimming pool (opening hours may vary according to season, subject to availability).
