Our beautiful beachfront luxury townhouse with majestic sea views is just a few steps away from Los Monteros beach, an idyllic spot of fine golden sand, an ideal place for an unforgettable holiday! This beach thanks to the calmness of its waters, is perfect to enjoy a good swim even for the little ones, thanks to the shallow depth, as well as the low waves that normally presents.

The area of Bahia de Marbella is perfect for relaxing and enjoying family moments. Very close to the urbanisation you can enjoy La Cabane Beach Club, a beach club on the shores of the Mediterranean where you can live a VIP experience, where you can enjoy a day of rest and relaxation.

If you fancy a taste of Spanish and international gastronomy within walking distance there are restaurants and beach bars such as Hipopotamos Beach, a charming place with a menu of Spanish and Mexican food; Restaurante La Flores, perfect for fish and rice dishes; or Restaurante El Mangaleta, an unbeatable place to try seafood and Hispanic paellas.

If you are passionate about golf and want to play a few holes, the Santa Clara and Rio Real golf courses are very close to the urbanisation.

If you need a cosmopolitan day out you can enjoy Marbella which is only 5 minutes away and Puerto Banus which is only 12 minutes away by car.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, a living-dining room, kitchen, solarium, patio and garage.

Ground floor:

The spacious living-dining room is irradiated with natural light which enters directly from the magnificent terrace. The living room has been decorated with the best furniture on the market, the chaise longue seats 6 people and is super soft to enjoy movie days with more than 1,000 international channels on the smart TV and the electric fireplace that gives a cozy touch. The dining room has a beautiful wooden table with seating for six people, four chairs and a bench that invite you to spend the best evenings with family or friends.

From the terrace with more than 20 m2 you can enjoy the freshest air and the best family gatherings with the magnificent outdoor dining table.

Who could have this incredible kitchen in their home! A very modern open plan kitchen lined with white marble and equipped with the highest quality appliances of today: ceran stove, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine and Nespresso. And for everyday use it has all kinds of kitchenware: crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware.

First floor:

On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . The master bedroom is en suite, has an excellent king size bed (1,80x2,00) and fitted wardrobes, the bathroom has double sinks and walk-in shower; the second bedroom has been fitted with a king size bed (1,80 x 2,00) and the third bedroom with 2 single beds. The second bathroom has double sinks and bathtub with rain shower.

Third floor:

You haven't come to Spain if you haven't had a barbecue! This third floor has been completely dedicated to leisure and has sea views that many would envy. With an area of more than 45 m2 there is a solarium protected by a roof and glass curtain with a sun lounger area for tanning in the more than 320 days of sunshine a year on the Costa del Sol; and a chill out area with an L-shaped sofa and a coffee table to watch the best sunsets and an outdoor kitchen with cabinets, taps, and the barbecue for use in both summer and winter. The washing machine and dryer are located on the same floor.

We provide our guests with bed linen and bath towels during their stay, and for a small fee you can have beach towels so you don't have to worry about anything. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.

The property is located in a front line beach complex with communal swimming pool (open 10:00-21:30 from 15 June to 31 August, subject to variation of availability), beautiful outdoor areas and 24 hour concierge.
