The villa is available for rent from 15-12-2024 until 31-03-2025, with a monthly rental price of €7,949. A mandatory deposit of €5,000 is required. A monthly cleaning service, including a property inspection, is available for €449, and all utility fees (water, gas, and electricity) are included in the rental price.
