Spacious living and dining room, full of natural light with breath-taking panoramic views of the sea and Istan Lake. Beautiful kitchen with separate laundry area.
The master bedroom is very spacious & bright, with beautiful panoramic sea and lake views. There is a separate garden leading from this bedroom patio. It has en-suite bathroom with 2 wash basins.
The second bedroom is also spacious with equally good views & en-suite bathroom.
There are 2 further bedrooms. One of them is not currently furnished, but could be ideal as an office or playroom, or for additional storage.
The terraces and gardens are perfect for dining and relaxing in the fresh mountain air.

There is no specific car parking space, however there is never a problem finding somewhere to park.
The villa is situated down some steps from the road, therefore the property is very safe and peaceful. The access would not be ideal for persons with reduced mobility.
