The second bedroom has two single beds (90x190cm) and access to the shared balcony with the master bedroom. The third bedroom is also equipped with two single beds (90x190cm). A modern, family bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and WC is located on this floor. The lovely exterior is divided into two distinct spaces. On one side of the house, there is a large patio terrace with lounging area with comfortable seating for up to six guests and on the other side, a spacious private pool with four sun loungers. On this side, there are also two dining areas with beautiful views of the Valle Romano golf courses. This fantastic family villa is located in the urbanisation of Valle Romano, which is about 2.5 Km inland from the beaches and about 3 Km from Estepona port and 4 Km from town. Valle Romano has its own golf club and clubhouse. The house faces south which means the sun is on the swimming pool all day long. Estepona is a popular resort with an authentic Spanish feel that has managed to retain its charm with its cobbled, flower-lined streets, traditional squares and tapas bars. Estepona town hall is very keen to spend money on lots of pretty plants and flowers all over the town regardless of season. You’ll often hear how pretty the town is kept. There is the new orchid centre that you can visit, located on La Terraza. You’ll find lots of traditional restaurants, bars and shops in the old town and the night life is mainly in the port area. It is easy to order taxis to and from the house.
